Just college hoops on the agenda.

No. 13 Notre Dame bounced back against the no. 10 Georgetown Hoyas Monday night, winning 73-67. The Irish, who slipped three spots in the polls after falling to St. John's on Saturday, got a boost from big man Luke Harangody late in the first half. Harangody scored 13 straight points for Notre Dame, giving his squad a double-digit lead as they went into the lockerroom. The Irish never gave up their advantage, which teetered between four and 13 in the second period and reached its zenith on back-to-back threes from Kyle McAlarney. Harangody finished the night with an impressive 31 points and 11 boards.

It seemed like Loyola couldn't miss - nor could they afford to - in their 62-60 win over the Wisconsin-Green Bay Phoenix. The Ramblers shot better than 54 percent, and claimed the thirteenth lead change of the game on two late free throws from senior J.R. Blount. The Phoenix had one last chance at victory in their final possession, but Troy Cotton couldn't get his three to go. Blount notched 17 points for the Ramblers and fellow guard Justin Cersoli contributed an additional 15.

Chicago State was dismissed by the Kansas State Wildcats on Monday, 99-68. The Wildcats pounced early, building a 20-point advantage midway through first, and the Cougars could not climb back. The three was elusive for Chicago State, going two for 17, and they only hurt themselves by committing 30 fouls. David Holston managed 18 points in the loss, as 11 players (five Cougars) scored in double figures.
