L2O Week at Chicagoist

I'll be the first to admit that we give a lot of server space here to Laurent Gras and L2O. His Lincoln Park restaurant has in less than a year earned a reputation as one of the best in the city, become one of the crown jewels of the Lettuce Entertain You empire, and his blog detailing the creation process behind his menu items has long been one of the first we check on our RSS feeds If you haven't been L2O and have the means to eat there, it's worth the price.
Starting tomorrow, we're highlighting L2O in a big way. We managed to get Stolpman into the kitchen with her camera, and she'll have a 2-part food pr0n installment featuring some of Chef Gras' menu items and the preparation process behind them. Thursday, Jacy will post a "Dining Room Décor" installment taking a closer look at the aesthetics of L2O's dining room, which were just as painstakingly created as the food itself. We hope you like this rare look inside one of the city's best restaurants.
