Contest! Mariza Tickets at the Chicago Symphony Center

If you haven't planned anything for your heartthrob tomorrow night, you may still be able to save the day (and your relationship) with an awesome concert. The Chicago Symphony Orchestra is offering a package of prizes to two lucky Chicagoist commenters. Each winner will get:
- Two tickets to see Mariza, a Portuguese fado singer, tomorrow night - a special Valentine's Day concert. Check out the event here to learn more. Not sure what a fado singer is? Read up on it here.
- A $20 gift certificate to the flower shop Designs by Rosa. 140 S Wabash.
- A $25 gift certificate to Carnivale (minimum $50 purchase). 702 W Fulton.
How do you win? Fill out the below form. We'll randomly select two winners and then contact them ASAP. Winners can pick up their tickets and gift certificates at the Chicago Symphony Center box office before the show tomorrow night. But hurry because this contest will close down at 3 p.m.!
