CPD Concludes Teen Cop Report

The Chicago Police Department's Internal Affairs division has completed its investigation into the Vincent Richardson affair, the case of the 14-year-old teen cop impersonator. Tina Skahill, chief of the Internal Affairs Division, said, “We did find evidence that department members — at least five — violated department rules and regulations."
