The all-star septet SFJAZZ Collective will play a show a week from today at Northwestern University for a mere $16.

Since 2004, the non-profit SFJAZZ has been bringing some of the top jazz musicians together to tour and record. The repertoire changes every year, but it's always a mix of new compositions by Collective members and tunes by one jazz great. This year the group plays works by legendary pianist McCoy Tyner.
