The flakes are flying fast and furious out there and they'll keep flying until mid-afternoon, piling up to somewhere between 2 and 5 total inches of accumulation by the time all is said and done. Highs will reach the mid-to-upper 30s, but gusty winds will windchill readings low. Tonight, the clouds break and the skies clear, with lows falling into the upper 20s. Driving conditions are horrendous, so if you don't have to leave the house, don't. Put on your Snuggie and plant yourself on the couch.
