Today's Weather: Deteriorating

Today starts out benign on the surface, but come the afternoon, the rain will move and conditions will deteriorate. Rain won't be heavy, but the cool, damp rain that's a sign of early Spring around these parts is never fun. Highs will reach the upper 40s at some point but will fall throughout the afternoon. More cold rain is in store for tonight with lows in the mid 30s and a few flakes of snow could be mixed in by the time tomorrow morning rolls around.
