182.jpg Some of us are just happy to finish our bowl of soup without getting it all over our shirts. And others, like Richard Hunt, can boast of having their artwork displayed in public places across the U.S., and of winning honors such as the International Sculpture Center's Lifetime Achievement Award. Hunt's work includes Jacob's Ladder at the Carter G. Woodson Library and We Will by the Heritage Building downtown. Tonight, the David Weinberg Gallery in River North hosts an opening reception featuring Hunt's sculptural and lithographic works. This should be a don't miss.

300 W. Superior St., Suite 203. Opening reception Friday, April 17 from 5-8 p.m. Through May 30.
