Do This: Searing and Roasting Cooking Class at Cooking Fools

Since we went to college instead of culinary school, we are obsessed with every cooking class we can get our hands on. Cooking Fools is offering a Searing and Roasting class on Thursday, May 12th. Perfect your searing and roasting techniques for meat, fish and poultry and learn to make pan sauces to accompany your dishes. Classes are limited to 12 people and beer and wine is available for purchase.

The class is Tuesday, May 12 from 6:30 - 9:00 PM, $75.00 per person includes tastings and handouts and is located at Cooking Fools 1916 W North Ave. 773.276.9377
