Morning Box Score: 4-2 Win Gives Blackhawks 3-2 Lead

The Chicago Blackhawks took a 3-2 lead on Dave Bolland's power play goal Saturday night and never looked back, beating the Vancouver Canucks 4-2 and taking a 3-2 lead in the best-of-seven series.
For the first time in the series (and all season against the Canucks), the Blackhawks scored first when Dustin Byfuglien found the net to give the 'Hawks a 1-0 lead in the first period. The Canucks countered to tie things up at 1-1 on a Ryan Kesler power play goal before the first intermission, and then took a 2-1 lead when Mats Sundin scored in the second period. Byfuglien scored yet again -- assisted by Brian Campbell yet again -- on a power play with less than 2 minutes to go in the second period to tie the game. The match remained tied until, with less than five minutes left in regulation, Dave Bolland capitalized on power play to score the game-winner. Martin Havlat added a late empty-netter to close out the 'Hawks offense.
The momentum is now completely with the Blackhawks. They overcame an early 2-1 deficit to win the game on Vancouver's home ice. And at one point down 2-1 in the series, their back-to-back wins mean they now return to Chicago for Game Six with a chance to close out the Western Conference semifinal series on their home ice on Monday night. Said Bolland, "We don't want to come back. We want to finish it at home."
