The Newest Obama Beanie Baby

Remember all the fuss about the Beanie Baby dolls that totally were not the Obama girls? Well, one can only hope there will be less fuss about the marketing of a new Obama doll: that of new First Puppy Bo.

It seems there are no cries of protest from the First Family about this new doll and a portion of the proceeds from the sale of each doll goes to animal shelters. The new dolls - ranging in price from $4.99 to $9.99 - are moving fast. One employee from Anna's Hallmark in Vernon Hills told the Tribune, "I can't remember the last time something sold like this. They didn't make it through the day."

But there's still no excuse for not getting us one for our birthday if that meteor fragment is out of your price range.
