Izard also talks with us about her appearance tonight at the Chopping Block in the Merchandise Mart, her Tasty Life podcast series, butchering pigs, what she can offer the Chicago restaurant landscape and just what is up with the legality of that cheese cave she so desperately wants to be part of the Goat.
