Head over to Fox & Obel tonight to enjoy a cooking class with Josh Jones, Chef de Cuisine at Spring Restaurant. Chef Jones makes New American fare with Asian influences and will be presenting a brief history of noodles and offering instructions on how to prepare traditional Japanese noodles (and incorporate ingredients into them). He will be preparing Somen Noodle Salad, Soba Noodle Cake and Fresh Ramen with Roasted Meat and Broth. You can sip some Japanese beer, take home recipes and will receive a gift.
