Today In Inappropriate: Ice Cream Man

2009_09_02_icecreamman.jpg Strange story out of Elmhurst where a 66-year-old ice cream man has been charged with disorderly conduct for a disturbing incident this weekend. He had sold ice cream to a group of teens Saturday and bumped into them later that day when he allegedly asked two of the teens to kiss for free ice cream. Things went downhill from there, according to WBBM 780.

Two of the teens were dating and agreed to kiss for the ice cream. Al Nasa reportedly then asked the boy to kiss another girl, and one of the students saw him touching himself on top of his pants. There were no indications he exposed himself.

The group left the area and reported the incident to one of their parents, who called police. An officer located Al Nasa farther north of the school near Church Street and Kenmore Avenue with his zipper partially down, Buenz said.

According to a background check required for his vendor license, the man has only one violation for operating with an out-of-date license.
