We've all encountered creeps in our time, but few have more dedication to the craft than 19-year-old Quincy Forrester. Forrester, a college student from Aurora, has been charged with illegally entering unlocked apartments of three different women at the Amli Lane complex and--believe it--rubbing their legs as they slept. When they awoke to Forrester's rather forward advances, he would flee, according to authorities. He was arrested early Sunday morning after matching the description the women gave the police. Forrester was officially charged with three counts of criminal trespass and his bail was set at a hefty $100,000.

Women have reported Forrester's antics on three separate occasions this summer. Assistant DuPage County State's Attorney Brooks Locke told Judge Peter Ostling in bond court today that the women reported to police that a man dressed completely in black awakened them by rubbing their legs. When the women awoke and screamed, Forrester fled the scene, Locke said.

Locke went on to say that Forrester "admitted to police that he did this for sexual gratification." There are no allegations that Forrester went beyond the leg rubbing. Ostling ordered that Forrester is not allowed to go near the Amli Lane apartment complex if he posts bond. If convicted, he faces up to three years behind bars.
