Chicagoist Podcast 10/5 - Neo-Futurists & New Blood for Hell's Kitchen

neo-futurists-logo.jpg As autumn continues to shove its way into our collective hearts, the Chicagoist Podcast Series takes to the broadcast day to discuss living, loving, and performing around our fair city. This week:

We saw a quick post on Gapers Block last week reminding us that the Neo-Futurists were still open to enrollment for their classes, so we thought we'd check in with Greg Allen, founder of the group. We discuss just what you can learn from them - if you can manage to break down your internal barriers and allow yourself.

And in this week's podcast as well - a second entree, if you will - Hell's Kitchen is casting in Chicago next week - so what exactly are they looking for as they check out our culinary landscape? We spoke with those responsible for getting your ass on the show, should you decide to give it a shot. Will there be a home cook or a nanny or a personal chef or a kitchen manager in our fair city that can stand up to Chef Ramsey?

If you see fit, you can subscribe to us via iTunes (and any reviews you'd like to post up there for us would be greatly appreciated as well) or you can follow us via our RSS feed as well. Whatever works best for you. We're only here to help.
