Bulls Back To Losing
A night after finally pulling themselves out of their losing nosedive, the Bulls are right back at it as they were routed by the Celtics 106-80. The Bulls only trailed by three after the first but the Celtics began pulling away in the second quarter, going up by 8 at the half. And in the second half, the Celtics blew the Bulls away by a 52-34 tally. The team shot a little better than 32 percent from the field and only eleven percent from behind the three-point line. Derrick Rose scored 19 and Luol Deng scored 17 to lead the Bulls. Things won't get easier as the Lakers come to town on Tuesday night (7 p.m., WGN).

College Basketball
Notre Dame lost a nail-biting, back-and-forth game with Loyola-Marymount 87-85. The Irish extended leads several times but each time Loyola-Marymount fought back and hit a three-pointer with 8 seconds left for the win. Luke Harangody scored 24 and Tim Abromaitis added 23 in the losing effort.
Loyola led San Francisco by as many as 11 during the second half but had to hold off a rally by the Dons to hang on for a 66-63 victory. Geoff McCammon led Loyola with 21 points in the win.
