Today's Weather: Sharp

We're coming out of last night's icy chill and today will be a bit warmer with some sun but still it's pretty damn cold outside, as if Professor Cold Heart himself has a firm grip on Chicago. Highs will still be well below normal as they rise to the mid 20s under sunny skies. Lows will fall into the teens tonight as the Professor's grip loosens a bit, but still remains firm. And there's already a chance of snow by the end of the week.
