Windy City Rollers Unleash 2010 Schedule, Host Nationals

We're winding down 2009 and already looking forward to 2010 and the Windy City Rollers have given us one more reason to look forward to the New Year. Today the Rollers released their 2010 schedule of league play. After last month's nationals in Philadelphia, the Rollers had this month off but kick things off at the end of January. The schedule is below. All bouts will be at the UIC Pavilion, 525 S. Racine Ave.
- January 30, 2010: Game 1: Hell’s Belles vs. Double Crossers; Game 2: Manic Attackers vs. The Fury
- February 21, 2010: Game 1: Manic Attackers vs. Double Crossers; Game 2: Hell’s Belles vs. The Fury
- March 27, 2010: Game 1: Hell’s Belles vs. Manic Attackers; Game 2: The Fury vs. Double Crossers
- April 10, 2010:Game 1: Manic Attackers vs. The Fury; Game 2: Hell’s Belles vs. Double Crossers
- May 1, 2010: Game 1: Hell’s Belles vs. The Fury; Game 2: Manic Attackers vs. Double Crossers
- May 22, 2010: Game 1: The Fury vs. Double Crossers; Game 2: Hell’s Belles vs. Manic Attackers
- June 5, 2010: Championship Bout
It's a full slate, but that's not all. Following the second half of the season, which features bouts against other leagues from around the country, the Rollers will host the 2010 WFTDA National Championships. From November 12 to November 14, 2010, teams around the country will descend on Chicago for “Uproar by the Lakeshore."
