I was searching through the food and drink archives yesterday and, at one point, keyed in the word "champagne." Ho-LEE!! There's a lot.

I'm on record as listing Mumm Carte Classique Extra Dry as my go-to bubbly and I'll be breaking out the knife to saber a few bottles of it over the next 36 hours. What's your favorite champagne or sparkling wine?
