Today's Weather: Burly

Just because the sun's out doesn't mean it's going to be warm. On the contrary, it's going to be downright freezing. In spite of the sunny skies, highs today will only creep just above double-digits. And it's not going to get much warmer soon. It'll be even colder tonight as lows fall into the mid-single-digits and that brisk wind chill remains cold. So bundle up.
