Today's Weather: Frigid

We're off to a cold start this week with the arctic air still in place over the city (and half the nation, it seems). We won't see much sun to warm us, either, as cloudy skies hover overhead and a chance of flurries remains in the forecast. While we could see highs in the low 20s today - which is something of an improvement over the weekend weather we had - wind chills could still be dangerously low, dipping below zero. They certainly will tonight when the mercury drops to around 10, perhaps colder in some places.
