Today's Weather: Callous

Another day, another frigid day. Scattered flurries may be about at times throughout the day but don't expect anything in the way of accumulation. Highs will creep into the lower 20s but gusty winds here and there will keep the wind chill factor once again dangerously low. Lows tonight will range from the single digits to the lower teens closer to downtown. But maybe Mother Nature has a reprieve for us up her sleeve: we could see highs into the mid-30s by week's end.
