Quinn's State of the State

He's been in the Governor's mansion less than a year, we're going through a crippling economic recession, there's that early prison release controversy, the Thomson sale, and, oh yeah, he's in the midst of a campaign to keep his governor's spot. All of this should make today's State of the State speech from Gov. Pat Quinn an interesting one. Quinn will address lawmakers at noon and you can listen live on a variety of radio and TV stations.
