A Washington Heights man died after being mauled by his daughter's pit bulls last night. Johnny Wilson, 56, suffered multiple severe injuries to both his head and arms. According to CBS 2, Wilson had, "both his ears bitten off and at least one of his eyes mauled." Animal Control took four adult pit bulls and two pit bull puppies from the home, believed to have been bred and raised by Wilson's daughter. According to the Tribune, neighbors told police there were no signs the dogs were mistreated or were involved in any dog-fighting and that Wilson had interacted with the dogs numerous times before with no trouble. No charges have been filed and the medical examiner who performed the autopsy ruled Wilson's death accidental.
