Another Charged In Derrion Albert Murder

A fifth suspect in the September 2009 beating death of Derrion Albert was arrested yesterday. Lapoleon Colbert, 19, was arrested Monday and charged yesterday with two counts of murder. Police allege Colbert was one of the attackers who repeatedly kicked Albert while he was on the ground after being hit with a large piece of wood. [CBS 2]
