An overnight four-alarm fire in the Greektown neighborhood destroyed the popular Costas restaurant and heavily damaged another building that hosted several other businesses. Firefighters responded at around 11:30 p.m. last night and the fire was out by 3 a.m. The Tribune reports that the second building damaged in the fire was home to Athens Grocery, the Pan Hellenic Pastry Shop and Greektown Gift and Music Shop. No one was injured in the fire. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
