Sure, the sun is out, but that doesn't mean it'll be warmer. While it'll be nice to soak up a little Vitamin D on the few patches of exposed skin, below normal temps will still be solidly in place. Highs will only reach the lower 20s and will be even chillier tonight as lows will be in the single digits throughout most of the area.
