The 30-room mansion once owned by convicted developer and political fundraiser Antoin "Tony" Rezko is now for sale for $3.5879 million. He lost the home last year to foreclosure and Bank of America chose to list the house as-is through listing agent Dina Wasmund of Prudential Starck Realtors in Palatine. According to the Tribune, Rezko held a Senate fundraiser for President Barack Obama at the mansion in 2003. The three-story 8,596-square-foot mansion, built in 1930, has seven-bedrooms, nine full baths, plus three half baths, five fireplaces, four kitchens, and an attached, two-bedroom coach house for guests.

Rezko, a one-time fundraiser for former Gov. Rod Blagojevich, is in federal custody awaiting sentencing for his conviction in 2008 of multiple public corruption charges. Rezko purchased the mansion through a bank trust in 1999 for $1.9 million.
