Megabus Strikes, Kills Man

Chicago police have reported that late Tuesday afternoon, a Megabus struck and killed a 63 year-old South Holland man. The accident took place yesterday afternoon at the intersection of Desplaines and Adams; the victim was pronounced dead a short time after being struck. The bus driver was cited for reckless driving and striking a pedestrian in the crosswalk with the right of way. The Megabus terminal in Chicago is located in downtown's Union Station.
