It's a new month but it looks a like the last one. But at least it's quiet. Scattered flurries greet us on this first day of the new work week and new month, as will below-normal temps: highs will only reach the low-to-mid 30's. With the chance of more scattered flurries, lows overnight will be in the mid-20s. But Skilling says we could see the first 50 degree temperature reading in three months by this weekend.
