You Wanted The Best? Slutter!

What other name for an all girl KISS cover band could there be than Slutter? It's perfect!

Slutter is powered by some of the city's finest rockers including Gina Knapik (Scotia Widows), Susie Q (Wanton Looks), Chloe F. Orwell (The Handcuffs) and Jenny Evil (Pillowmints). KISS cover bands have come along in many permutations over the years but Slutter holds the promise of being one of the best. Combining the sexual danger KISS trafficked in but never actually had with rawk chops and a lack of guile this female foursome takes the source material and makes it their own. The endeavor is certainly one of love but we think Slutter is probably more fun to watch at this point than the traveling museum they're paying tribute to.

The band plays a rare show at Liar's Cub -- itself a virtual tribute to The Demon, Starchild, Spaceman and Catman -- and we hear they're hitting the stage at 10 p.m. sharp, so slap on your make-up early and don't be late!
