Blagojevich Does Letterman's Top 10

While Gov. Quinn was giving his budget address and asking for an income tax hike to help fund education and prevent cuts, his disgrace predecessor made a stop by David Letterman's set to have a little fun and announce the nightly Top Ten List. The category was "Top Ten Questions Rod Blagojevich Asked Himself Before Appearing on 'Celebrity Apprentice.'" A clip of his appearance is below and the Trib's Phil Rosenthal has the complete list. We'll counter by listing "The 5 Dumbest Thing Blagojevich Said on 'The Celebrity Apprentice'" once the show starts.
