LeBron, Cavs Oust Bulls
Still missing their top three players, the Bulls managed to hang tough with the best team in the Eastern Conference before finally being defeated by arguably the best player in the league; the Cavs won by a 92-85 final. The Bulls stayed with the Cavs in the first quarter and found themselves trailing by eight at the half, but kept fighting back, cutting the lead in the third quarter and then, midway through the fourth, briefly taking the lead. But LeBron took over, scoring 13 points over the final seven minutes to lead the Cavs past the Bulls. Taj Gibson led the Bulls with 20 points and 13 rebounds while James Johnson added 16. Poor shooting from the free throw line (68 percent) also helped sink the Bulls. Next up is a road trip to Philly tonight where the Bulls hope to end a 10-game losing streak (6 p.m., WGN).
Spring Training
Derrek Lee and Alfonso Soriano had good days at the plate as the Cubs got the better of the Sox 8-4.
