Today's Weather: Smarch

Yesterday was the kind of weather day that makes you grit your teeth and curse the day you moved so close to Lake Michigan. The cold temps and stiff winds made it feel like Spring will never move in. Lousy Smarch weather. Well, at least today won't be windy. Highs will only reach the low-to-mid 40s here in spite of plenty of sun. But, hey, at least it won't be as windy. So we got that going for us. Which is nice. And there's more light at the end of this cold tunnel we call the march to Summer as Skilling says that things will begin to get warmer even if it turns a little weather. And, for the record, the last official 70 degree recording in Chicago was on November 8, 138 days ago. Which isn't that bad, when you think about it.
