- There were a pair of flight diversions for Chicago flyers in the last 24 hours: a Ft. Lauderdale-to-Chicago Southwest flight landed in Tampa last night after problems with landing gear and a Chicago-to-DC American Eagle flight was diverted from Reagan to Dulles Airport due to a suspicious passenger though there were no arrests made.
