The Stop Sign Camera That Wasn't There

CBS 2's Jay Levine got all Encyclopedia Brown on Norwood Park Township's alleged stop sign camera enforcement. Turns out there is no camera; it's a ruse by the township that's actually working to slow traffic and includes some fine print that prevents anyone from accusing the township of outright lying. It's still not as fun as our favorite Evanston stop sign.
