Weekend Dance Party: Drop The Lime Hits Smart Bar

Smart Bar lands yet another pick for Weekend Dance Party, this time thanks to NYC-based Drop the Lime. The producer / DJ has been a key player in the electro scene for over a half decade, running his own label, Trouble & Bass, along with, of course, spinning plenty of mind-blowing sets. Drop the Lime will bring his jungle-inspired, bass-laden house jams tonight to Smart Bar, and we couldn't be more excited.

Drop the Lime brings a unique blend of genres to the table. It's hard to guess which direction he may go tonight, but we can bet on a fair share of breaks, dubstep, house and jungle. He's even changed his approach to deejaying by including live vocals during a set. Whether or not this will be apart of tonight's gig is yet to be determined, but it should have little affect on how crazy the night will be.
