Saturday, May 15 and Friday, May 21
Grilling Workshop
Kick-off the summer season on The Chopping Block’s covered patio while learning grilling techniques, tips and tasting along the way. Participants will learn how to make Chinese black bean shrimp and pineapple skewers, grilled flank steak tacos, sweet and spicy barbecued chicken with creamy cabbage slaw.

Chef Alekka Sweeney kicks-off their weekly summer grilling classes in The Wooden Spoon’s backyard garden with a line-up of grilled bites and paired wines. The menu includes bruschetta, grilled flank steak, grilled chicken pops and Spanish shrimp and sausage skewers.
