Chicagoist Podcast 5/17 - Hopcast! Chicago Craft Beer Week
By Karl Klockars in Food on May 17, 2010 8:20PM
This week on the Chicagoist Podcast Series, could we possibly be overdoing it a bit with the beer conversations? As soon as Chicago Craft Beer Week is over with we'll relegate it to the same filing cabinet that's currently holding "burlesque shows" right now. Until then, you're stuck listening to talk of hops, barley, malt and water with us.
Brad Chmielewski and Ken Hunnemeder started Hopcast in August of 2008 and since then have talked beer with everyone from Paul Kahan to Gabriel Magliaro & Matt Gallagher of Half Acre to Goose Island's Wil Turner to Lincoln Anderson of Three Floyds - all this is a long way of saying that they've got Chicago's craft beer scene pretty well covered, which is why we're talking with them today.
