AC Milan Edge Fire In Friendly

Following last Thursday's 1-1 draw with FC Dallas, the Chicago Fire welcomed Italian football club AC Milan to Toyota Park for a friendly. Despite a strong performance against one of Europe's most renowned teams, the Fire fell to Milan 1-0. The Fire had a few chances to tie but never managed to find the net, Milan goalie Dida making some key saves. Combining both MLS and friendly play, the Fire went winless in the month of May, going 0-3-4. They hope to start June off on a much different note, going after their first win since April 24, when the Chicago-Philadelphia rivalry moves from the ice to the pitch and the Fire host the Philadelphia Union (7:30 p.m., MY50).
