Cooking Classes Around Town: Fresh Farmers' Market Dishes

Green Up Your Plate
Bring your fresh farmers' market finds to the forefront by learning how to make dishes like Chilled Fresh Pea and Mint Soup with Crème Fraiche, White Fish Florentine, Parsley and Purslane Salad. Along the way, Now We're Cooking will teach some simple techniques and recipes to carry you through the summer.
