Happy 30th, Blues Brothers

By Marcus Gilmer in Arts & Entertainment on Jun 16, 2010 9:00PM

It was 30 years ago today that the film The Blues Brothers hit the big screen (though they had debuted on the small screen via SNL a few years before). A lot has changed about the city since then but Jake and Elwood remain firmly entrenched in the heart of Chicago (very close to the Honorable Richard J. Daley Plaza, where they got that Picasso), three decades after they danced (and demolished) their way here.
