Adoptable Pets of the Week

By Kevin Robinson in Miscellaneous on Jun 23, 2010 6:00PM

This week, we've got two more awesome dogs and two more cool kitties from Chicago's Animal Care and Control, as well as some good news from last week. Tarzan - the brindle mix dog featured last week was adopted shortly after our post ran. Word from ACC is that he's in a nice home with a great family.

This week Pip and Blair, two kittens, Marvin the Dogue De Bordeaux mix, Mike the cat, and Yasmine the Cattle Dog, Dutch Shepherd Mix are available for adoption to a loving home. As always, the adoption fee is $65.00 which includes spay/neuter, vaccines, a microchip, and a city license, and cats are screened for FIV. If you have room in your heart and your home for these pets, Chicago Animal Care & Control, at 2741 S. Western Ave in Chicago, is open for adoptions Monday through Friday from 4pm to 7pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 3, and 4 to 7. You can visit in person, are call or email Patty Cerny, adoption volunteer, at (773) 230-2542 or email at graz97 [at] aol [dot] com.
