Remember Jeremy Scheuch's Blago-centric, Chicago-style tattoo? Seems he's not alone in wanting to use ink to share his love for all things Windy City. This photo popped up in the Flickr stream of San Francisco-based photographer Troy Holden. We've reached out to Troy for more info but right away we can see the ink pre-dates the Trump Tower.
