Chicagoist's "Beer of the Week:" Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA

We were at Green Eye lounge last night switching between Goose Island's Green Line Pale Ale and this week's selection, a long overdue look at one of our favorites from Dogfish Head. Rather than explain the beer ourselves, we'll let Dogfish Head's Sam Calagione describe 60 Minute IPA. Enjoy.
