Gaztro-Wagon Set to Roll Friday

Gaztro-Wagon's Matt Maroni still isn't able to cook in his food truck for a long while, but he'll at long last be putting rubber to asphalt starting Friday. Right now Maroni will be keeping close to his Edgewater storefront to stock the truck with fresh naanwiches and plantain chips every two hours, but Gaztro-Wagon stalkers can keep tabs on the truck's whereabouts on the Gaztro-Wagon website or via text message.

The schedule for Friday and Saturday is as follows:

Friday

Lunch - Millennium Park
Dinner - Lakeview
Late Night Drunken Noshes - Lincoln Park

Saturday

Green City Market
Lunch - Southport Corridor
Dinner - Bucktown/Wicker Park

Maroni told us a few weeks back that he doesn't want the truck to get stuck in a rut of being in only a few set locations, so demand leads to supply and we personally would love to see a Gaztro-wagon run to Bridgeport in the near future. [TOC, Grub Street Chicago]
