Sox Streak Continues
White Sox rookie Lucas Harrell, called up to replace the traded Daniel Hudson, got off to a shaky start - walking the bases loaded in the second inning - but shook off the first start jitters and paced the Sox to a 6-1 win over Oakland, extending the Sox' win streak to five games. The Sox also gave Harrell the offensive support he needed; tied 1-1 in the bottom of the fourth, the Sox batted around for three more runs thanks to RBI from A.J. Pierzynski, Andruw Jones, and Gordon Beckham. Paul Konerko and Beckham added runs later in the game as the Sox continued to cruise. Said the rookie Harrell of his debut: "It was definitely good once I got here, because it was kind of a long flight and the time I had between going to the airport and all the anticipation building up, I was excited." The Sox are excited, too, and John Danks keeps the wins coming tonight in game two of the weekend series (6:05 p.m., CSN).

Colorado Crushes Cubs
17-2. Really? 12-run 8th? Wow, awful. (7:10 p.m., WGN).
