2010_08_char_pesto.jpg From the inbox: interest and demand for Wednesday's Wild Arctic Char dinner at Kith & Kin has grown to such a point that the restaurant has now decided to make it the only menu available that night. The cost is now $100 per person; $180 for couples.

In addition to the menu (available for perusal in PDF format here ), each of the guest chefs — Paul Virant, Chris Pandel, Jared Wentworth, Paul Fehribach and Ryan Poli, will be serving a passed appetizer before dinner. Virant will serve Arctic char rillette crostini with fig and Buffalo Trace bourbon jam. Poli is preparing Iberico ham croquettes with saffron aioli. Fehribach has house hominy grit cracker with Charleston shrimp paste, andouille, and pickled watermelon rind planned. Wentworth will serve compressed melon with feta mousse, Thai basil and Trampetti olive oil and Pandel will provide cured sardines, lima beans, and lardo on toast.

Since this is now the only menu at Kith & Kin Wednesday, obviously tickets are available.
