Janusz Owca
Janusz Owca, 32 of Maine Township, obviously needs a lesson in how best to help his defense when accused of a violent act. Actually, judging from this story, he needs lessons in lots of things. But Owca definitely wins for "Bonehead Move Of The Week" for his dumbassery. It all began with a reported incident of domestic violence this weekend.

Owca's wife told police her husband came home drunk Sunday evening and pulled her hair and choked her. She fled with her children. When an officer arrived, Owca told the officer: "I'm going to [expletive] you up," police said.

Rather than leave well enough alone, once subdued and taken to lock-up, Owca used his one phone call to ... wait for it ... cal his wife and threaten her again. He's now been charged with aggravated domestic battery and felony intimidation. These come on top of a previous domestic violence conviction Owca was handed down earlier this summer as well as an arrest in June for DUI. A Mensa member he isn't. He's being held on $350,000 and has a hearing today.
